After graduating both Niagara College's Culinary
Management Co-op & Baker / Patissiere Apprenticeship
programs, I started my career in the food industry in 2001.
Since starting work as a cook at Beechwood Golf Course,
my career path has lead me to the following experiences:
- Line Cook - Shaw Café & Wine Bar
- Banquet Cook & Baker - Inn on the Twenty
- Baker - Seventeen Noir (Fallsview Casino)
- Pastry Chef - Olson's Food & Bakery
- Baker - Sips 'n' Sweets
I am now a certified pastry chef who has worked under
some of Niagara's most recognised chefs, including:
Michael Olson, Anna Olson and Peter Storm. These experiences have given me the necessary skills and experience to start my own business offering wedding cakes, 3 dimensional cakes, specialty cakes and catering services.
My originality is largely based on your imagination. If you have a great cake idea, let me know and I will try to make your vision a reality.

I am currently in the process of organizing courses to be taught onsite. My preliminary ideas are: cookie baking/decorating, cake/cupcake decorating and candy flower designs for individuals as well as mother/daughter pairs. Please contact me with your opinions of what you would like to see offered.
